Policies
These policies help protect a consistent and productive lesson schedule for every student.
Cancellations
Lessons canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed lessons without notice, will be charged in full. Genuine emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Attendance
Consistent attendance is essential for progress and allows Lene to maintain a limited teaching schedule. Lene reserves the right to discontinue a student’s recurring lesson time in the event of:
- three consecutive missed lessons within one month; or
- two missed lessons per month for two consecutive months.
Whenever possible, the student will be contacted before their recurring lesson time is discontinued.
Ending lessons
Either the student or Lene may choose to end the teaching relationship when the arrangement is no longer productive or consistent.
Students are asked to review and accept these policies before beginning regular lessons. The first trial lesson is free.
